Great Clare. Progressing is more important than PB's. Keep running.
I have one question very long time & I decided to ask you as you (hope you won't take it wrong). It's about the processed meats in bacon and egg roll, like bacon packs a tonne of sodium, can be high in saturated fat and has even been categorized as one of the carcinogens even though I see many Australians love to have that combo. I know it's a last line of your article which I have asked question, if you think its unnecessary then don't answer it.
I haven't read too much into the nutrition of bacon although I am aware of it's processes. I think it's a case of everything in moderation. Bacon is a sometimes food, rather than an everyday food.
Does that answer your question? I wish I had a more scientific answer for you :)
From my time in Italy last year, they eat a lot of salami/processed meat. I still try and keep that to a sometimes food too :). I know they have done research on the "mediterranean diet" but haven't read enough to be able to comment on the pros and cons of it.

Thanks Dinesh :)

Cool. Thanks. Agreed on moderation that should be ok, I guess.
