I learn better by doing too.

Top tip: buy BIG noise cancelling headphones. 🎧

I would much prefer a quiet space to work but working from home is not an option in my work. I find it very difficult with the noise of an open plan office but also am unable to wear noise cancelling headphones due to having to be available all the time. It's not my style but I like the organisation I work for.

I find it hard with all the noise too, but am really lucky that my agency is streets ahead with ensuring the flexibility in both the office space (I always book a desk in the sensory space - it’s library quiet, calm colours, soft lighting) and the ability to work from home 3 from 5 days.

I hate open plan offices. I get way too distracted way too easily.

I'm pretty fortunate that there's not a lot of people in my office and we're pretty well spaced apart but when it rains or if my guys aren't working away and are in the office of a morning I get really distracted and stressed out by the amount going on around me and can't focus.

A lot of that might be part of ADHD but we're all different.
